Abstract

Ende Jänner 2006 konnte mit den ersten Auszahlungen des Allgemeinen Entschädigungsfonds (General Settlement Fund, kurz: GSF) begonnen werden. Im entscheidenden Gutachten zu den Auszahlungssummen wurden unter Verwendung einer Imputationsmethode die noch fehlenden Auszahlungssummen geschätzt und auf deren Basis Vorauszahlungsquoten festgelegt. Die Vorauszahlungen betragen je nach Kategorie zehn oder 15 Prozent der als berechtigt anerkannten Forderungen. Die vorliegende Arbeit
beschreibt die Vorgehensweise für die erste von mehreren Quotenprognosen, die für den GSF gerechnet wurden.
