Daten zur Erwerbstätigkeit in der Mikrozensus- Arbeitskräfteerhebung

Die Neuaufbereitung der Datenbestände des Mikrozensus von 1974 bis 2003 ermöglicht - zusammen mit der laufend stattfindenden Mikrozensus-Arbeitskräfteerhebung seit 2004 – eine Vielzahl an Analysen zum Erwerbsverhalten der österreichischen Bevölkerung über diesen Zeitraum. Der Beitrag stellt die wichtigsten verwendeten Konzepte zurMessung von Erwerbstätigkeit vor und geht auf einige Probleme in Zusammenhang
mit definitorischen Vorgaben, deren Veränderungen und den sich daraus ergebenden Konsequenzen für die Ergebnisdarstellung ein.
